Karl Mundt Library

Karl Mundt Library is located on the idyllic college campus of Dakota State University in South Dakota. Dedicated in June of 1969, President Richard Nixon attended the ceremony.

Suffering from high humidity levels in the library’s lower level where students go to study, read, and socialize, RENODRY was called in to assess the condition of the foundation. Several walls had bubbling paint, discoloration and salt nests bursting through the wall’s surfaces. All indications of a serious rising ground moisture issue. The head librarian has stated she is pleased with the smell, feel and lower humidity levels of the library.
