Many attempts by the Campus Facilities Director to thwart the invading moisture in the basement living area of this late 1930’s two-story brick home were finally solved when he scheduled a meeting with a rising ground moisture specialist from RENODRY. The problem was quickly diagnosed, and a permanent solution is now ensuring the homes residents and visitors are in a low humidity, fresh smelling and comfortable space free of all rising moisture.
