This Italian Tuscany Style Mansion in Clearwater, Florida, was the vision of a very successful businessman who went through the painstaking time and planning to ensure he had built an architectural masterpiece.
The challenges of keeping such a large, open interior space dry with acceptable humidity levels in the very high humidity environment of Florida was nearly impossible. The HVAC system, even though industrial grade in quality, could not keep up with the amount of moisture saturating the slab on grade foundation and its concrete walls covered in a very expensive stucco only found in Italy. He found the answer and solution to his high wall humidity issues when he called in a rising moisture expert from RENODRY. One of the residents told us she no longer has condensation on her cane when she moves around the house which she said only happens in the cooler winter months. And she said it is just overall more comfortable.
